National Scholarship Cash grants
250 National Scholarship Cash Grants to be Awarded

In addition to the Founder's Award, the Foundation awards 250 national scholarship cash grants of up to $1,500. All scholarship winners are determined by an independent selection committee. The nonprofit USAA Scholarship Foundation selection committee is comprised of educators and former educators representing all levels of education.

Winners are selected based on the following criteria:

  • Grade point average
  • School activities
  • Scores on scholastic aptitude tests (if applicable)
  • Honors and awards
To be eligible for consideration, the student nominated as an All-American Scholar MUST return a completed scholarship application to the United States Achievement Academy. All applicants are given careful consideration, regardless of grade level. Scholarships are distributed to students in the form of cash grants and are designated for educational expenses.
